MOVING FORWARD

Newly single Christina Aguilera gives the paps a wave as she arrives at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA on October 26. After reports surfaced Christina has been staying in a hotel while soon-to-be-ex hubby Jordan Bratman moves out of their mansion, it appears the SLS is the one as Christina was spotted later that afternoon checking out with her toddler Max, followed by several carts of luggage. As she arrived home from a meeting, Christina stepped out in a tight taupe mini dress (try Isabel Lu's Chain Link Spaghetti Dress in Nude or add a playful element with Corey Lynn Calter's Strapless Striped Grey in Ivory/Grey) topped with a long white cardigan (like Elizabeth Gillett's Kyra Cardi in Ivory). Christina matched her classic red lipstick to her red patent slingbacks (add a pop of color to your look with Coye Nokes' Jacqueline Patent Peep Toe in Sugar Coral), wearing her platinum blonde locks in voluminous curls. What do you think of Christina's look here? There's nothing ground breaking about it, but she does look healthy and happy given her current situation. Christina has been quiet about the details of her divorce, but she sat down for exclusive interview with Redbook magazine (which will be featured in the December issue) to shed some light on what she's going through: “It’s not easy and there have been a lot of tears and sadness. It’s impossible to redefine yourself and your life overnight. Thankfully, I have my mom and a small group of close friends who are there for me 24/7 and whom I can trust and depend on. On days when it feels impossible to even get out of bed, much less function as a mother, their support and encouragement have kept me moving forward.” It sounds like she's on the road to recovery – stay strong, mama!
