Rushing around with an armful of shopping bags, Jessica Alba runs errands in style in LA on March 23. The mod mama was spotted in a cute biker inspired 'fit a la Rachel Bilson, pairing a flirty floral frock (like PGD Style's Satin Floral Mini Dress in Black/Red) with a cropped jacket (I'm lusting for Joe's Jeans' Moto Jacket in Black) and biker ankle boots with zipper details (get a similar look with Gwyneth Shoes' appropriately named Alba Ankle Boot in Black). Jess topped off the look with a spiky bracelet (like CC Skye's Spike Stud Triple Wrap Bracelet in Black) and blacked out sunnies, wearing a messy pony while out and about. What do you think of Alba's laidback look? I more or less consider Jessica's style to be pretty middle of the road: not that she has a terrible fashion sense, but she rarely blows me away with innovative red carpet looks. Which is why I found it sort of surprising she's a guest judge on Project Runaway this week. Other celeb fashionistas who've appeared this season include fashion entrepreneur Nicole Richie and model maven Lauren Hutton, so it seems sort of a stretch to put the inexperienced Alba up in the front row! I guess it sort of speaks for the whole line up this season, which in my opinion has been pretty uneventful, and dare-I-say boring compared to previous seasons. Are any of you PR fans feeling the same?
