"The City" star and socialite Olivia Palermo was spotted making an appearance at the Ports 1961 Fall 2010 runway show inside New York's Bryant Park tents on February 11, stopping to pose for a quick photograph before taking her front row seat. Interestingly, Olivia's "City" co-star Whitney Port was seen taking a seat behind Olivia, seated instead in the second row. Hmm, I wonder if this was being filmed and if the "seating drama" will be featured on the upcoming season of the show? For her runway-ready look, OP chose a plaid shirt (check out Rails' Kendra Plaid Shirt in Red for a similar option) - was February 11 the unofficial day of the plaid shirt? Kate Bosworth was also seen sporting one on the same day! Olivia tucked her plaid into a pair of high waisted grey shorts (check out Johnson's Suella Sailor Short in Grey), and covered up with a very Olivia-trademark metallic knit sweater (take a look at Tricia Fix's Brown Rose Cardigan for a funky alternative). She finished off her look with a pair of opaque black tights, black patent leather pumps and a white leather tote bag (similar to Lesa Wallace Handbags' Donna Carry All in White). While Olivia may have the looks and physique of a supermodel, she put her beauty to use as she modeled in Naomi Campbell’s Fashion For Relief Haiti NYC 2010 Fashion Show. Donning a black embellished mini dress and oversized bangle (check out a picture of Olivia on the runway here) - I think she definitely pulls off the look. She has the sultry expression down cold!
