Mary-Kate Olsen was spotted out and about in Hollywood on July 13, once again rocking her notorious sky-high black patent leather Chanel gladiator boots. I love these and totally think that MK pulls them off (but then again, what doesn't she pull off?), but I know many of you out there might not agree. What are your thoughts on these statement shoes- love 'em or hate 'em? For the rest of her outfit, MK started with a black oversized blazer (check out Signorelli's Logo Blazer in Black) and a patterned silk top (check out Hope & Glorie's fun Keyhole Top in Black and Ivory) exposing just a peek of her lacy bra, paired with her vintage denim cutoffs (I would suggest starting with a great light wash pair of jeans, like Joe's Jeans' Stardust Flare Jean in Berkley, grabbing a pair of scissors and going to town right at mid-thigh, so that they don't turn into booty shorts) and the Chanel boots. She finished her look off with a black belt (Rough Roses' Contour Belt with Stitching in Black is similar) and a ton of gold necklaces (like Maya Brenner Designs' Jewelry Box Necklace in Vermeil). While we all know that MK has a scene in her new film The Wackness where she makes out with Ben Kingsley, I didn't know that the smooching scene was so easy for her! She is speaking out about filming the lip lock, saying, "It is all part of being an actress. But I was so in awe of Sir Ben I was more nervous about acting alongside him than I was about the kiss." MK and Ghandi, sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g!
