The lovely Ashlee Simpson Wentz shares some giggles with a friend after attending a hairy charity event at the Ken Paves salon in West Hollywood, CA on July 19. Ash came out to support her big sis Jessica's long time BFF and hairstylist Ken, helping raise a few bucks for the Rally for Kids with Cancer charity event. Ash even Tweeted to help spread awareness: "At ken paves salon. Come check the makeover madness rally for kids with cancer at the Ken Paves Salon today! I'm here and its fab!" Ashlee arrived at the event in a sunny yellow frock (add a little sunshine to your closet with Jenny Han's Ruffle Tier Dress in Yellow or Wit.'s Synched Bottom Tunic Dress in Sunny) and casual flip-flops, accessorizing with a Boho jeweled headband, long pendant necklace (love Robyn Rhodes' playful Dolly Long Necklace in Silver) and vintage inspired messenger bag (check out Antoinette Lee's versatile Stella Bag in Tan). What do you think of Ash's summer style, does it work for her? I have to say I'm definitely loving this look over the super dark tresses she sported during the Chicago days! I'm not sure if Ashlee was one of the lucky ones purchasing a "makeover madness" package ranging from $250-1,000 at the charity event, but Eva Longoria was in attendance to lend a hand to those generous patrons shelling out donations. She even got behind the salon chair for one brave customer! Would you let an untrained celeb touch your tresses for charity?
