Whitney Port was spotted flaunting her questionable sense of style as she made her way through NYC's Meatpacking District on September 22, not seeming to be too pleased to spot the paparazzi snapping pics of her. For her ensemble, Whit paired a patterned sweater (while Whitney's is a cool print, it is a bit granny-ish... check out Monrow's Asymmetric Sweater Top in Dark Heather or Splendid's Pullover Sweater in Navy for great basics) with a pair of slouchy, distressed jeans (like Denim of Virtue's Boyfriend Loose Fit Jean in Distressed) and suede brogues. To complete her look, Whitney toted an ombre shoulder bag and wore a dainty nameplate necklace (get the look with Christie Martin Jewelry's Gold Plated ID Necklace). What are your thoughts on WP's style here, readers - are you diggin' her quirky aesthetic or is it a bit too odd for your taste? In terms of Whitney's career, it's still unsure as to whether MTV has renewed her show "The City" for a third season. Several fan sites have started viral Twitter campaigns to get the show picked up, but only time will tell whether or not this will help the cause. In other news, it seems Whit has grown tired of her long blonde locks, and is asking her fans to help her pick a new hairstyle. She took to her official website to ask them what they think she should do to her hair, adding that she most likely wants to change her color. Crazy! Can you imagine Whit with a brunette bob?

I don't think this looks odd at all, it looks quite comfortable, actually. Smile, Whit.guest on Sep 25 2010 @ 07:20 AM
