"Gossip Girl" star Blake Lively wowed on the red carpet of the much-anticipated Costume Institute Gala focused on the “American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity” that was held at the Met on May 4 in NYC, rocking an electric blue mini Marchesa dress with Christian Louboutin heels. While many were critical of Lively's look, saying that she always shows the whole enchilada (boobs and legs), I always go back to the old mantra... if you've got it, flaunt it! There's no denying that Blake has the confidence to carry off a dress like this, and her legs look like they go on for miles! Bloggers are saying that Blake's blonde locks are for girls what Justin Bieber's 'do is for tween guys! "The Blake" and "The Bieber" are the hottest celeb cuts in recent memory. The New York Times recently said that Blake's hair caused "a craze in New York earlier this year, as "The Blake," the successor of "The Rachel" - Jennifer Aniston's character on 'Friends' - produced almost more than one million search results on Google."
