MAMA'S DAY OUT

Only a month after the birth of her baby girl, Jessica Alba couldn’t resist shopping in Beverly Hills on July 12. Looking lovey-dovey at lunch with hubby Cash Warren and browsing the racks with a friend, the new mom looked ultra-comfortable in a long blue maxi dress (try Ella Moss’ Joni Halter Dress with Pockets for a super casual version), classic summer sandals (like Matiko’s Karla Sandal in White), flashy teardrop pendant earrings (Kimberly Faith’s Half Moon on Chain Earrings are a unique gold alternative) and a shimmering Prada tote. Jessica topped off her look with chic shades and a scarf tied around her neck (like Alchemy’s Paisley Scarf in Grey). I’m not completely sold on this trend – scarves in the middle of summer? Did she feel a chill from all those icy drinks? Like everyone else, I am eagerly awaiting the first baby pictures of presumed cutie Honor Marie Warren to hit the newsstand this week, sold for a rumored $1.5 million to OK Magazine. Will Jessica and Cash follow in Brangelina’s footsteps and donate the money to charity? Guess it’s up to the Honor system.

she doesnt need the scarf. the dress is prettythought but it would look nicer with her hair down and less assesories.

cute look. But i dont understand all these celebs have babies then the next week they are out doing all their usual shopping and stuff and there is no sight of the kid. left alone with some random nanny...real nice.

I like this look, and most stars can pull off the scarf in the dead of summer. Here in florida people would think you were crazy.
