MADONNA, CHER... AND HEIDI?

The always media-hungry Heidi Montag was spotted posing away before entering a taping of "Live with Regis and Kelly" with husband Spencer Pratt in NYC earlier today, May 18, and I have to ask - exactly what is it that they have to promote now? Besides themselves shamelessly, of course. However, Heidi's ensemble did manage to remain chic and somewhat classy, as she paired a high-waisted bandage skirt (for a longer version, try Black Halo's High Waist Pencil Skirt in Geranium) with a grey tank (I love the added shimmer of Autumn Cashmere's Foil Print Tank in Limestone Silver) and a white jacket (similar to Woo's Martin Coat in White). Next up were a pair of charcoal metallic platforms, an oversized iridescent crocodile clutch (check out Posse New York's Natalie Clutch in Pearl White), a gauzy grey scarf, and a silver charm necklace (like Maya Brenner Designs' Sparkler Necklace in Silver). So I ask of you, dear readers, do you enjoy HM's look? Look past her as a person, however annoying she may be, and be honest! Ever since Heidi married the awful Spencer, she has said that she is legally taking his last name, Pratt, as his wife. However, she has much higher aspirations for her solo career. Says Mrs. Pratt, "In keeping with the great tradition of stars like Madonna and Cher who are on a first-name-only basis with their fans, I’ve decided to go by the name of ‘Heidi.’" Hmm... what do you think, will Heidi follow in the legendary careers of both of these artists? Spencer echoes, "Legally, she’s a Pratt. But to her fans she is ‘Heidi.’ I totally support my beautiful wife—no matter what she calls herself." For marrying you, S? She should call herself an idiot!
