LONDON, THE NEW WINDY CITY

The always lovely Taylor Swift was spotted braving a blustery day in London on November 23, heading off to the Wembley Arena from her hotel to prep for her concert there later that night. Around 4am the same day, Taylor accepted her 5th honor from the 2009 American Music Awards from the arena before catching a few z's at her hotel and heading back to play the show. You can hardly tell she had such an exciting night, and is on her to way to have another! It seems like all young stars (and even some old!) can't resist a little splurge at TopShop when they're in the UK, and Taylor was spotted having a little retail therapy there the day before her show. I have a feeling she picked up at least one of the multicolored scarves she's wearing at the notorious high street shop – what do you think? TS put her layered 'fit together starting with a pretty floral dress (Da-Nang's Printed Shirt Dress in Trench or Amberlynn's Pollianne Dress in Khaki are two irresistible autumn options) with a knit wrap sweater (Gold Hawk's cozy Cocoon Shrug Sweater in Plum or Black is a great addition and has attached scarves to recreate T's look) and opaque black tights keeping her gams warm. I love the unexpected cognac heels breaking up the black, as well as the double hoop earrings (get the look with Robyn Rhodes' Mattie Double Hoop Earrings in Mixed Metal). For the finishing touch add a little color like Taylor did with A Graves' Sparrow Scarf in Blue. What do you think of the whole look?
