About the Designer

Lisa Kerson is the founder and CEO for Lisa K Design, a New York City based jewelry design firm. Her dramatic jewelry is influenced by her background in performing arts and love of travel. The results are creative, fresh and tasteful. Current collections are titled “lace cake”, “tea leaf”, and “lollipop", each offering distinctly different designs. The "classic" collection is composed of signature Lisa K pieces that remain popular each season. All designs incorporate either sterling silver or 14k gold vermeil, often cleverly combined with semi-precious stones, other natural materials, and Swarovski crystals. Lisa started her retail career on the Executive Training Program for May Company Dept. Stores in designer apparel for women. Three years after launching Lisa K Design, she opened a showroom in midtown Manhattan as part of the company’s expansion plans. Lisa K Designs are available at select Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdales locations, specialty stores throughout the country and the company website, LisaK.net. Lisa’s father, Bob Kerson, is the chairman and founder of Kerson Partners Limited, the retail executive search firm. Lisa K Design has been featured in WWD, Accessories Magazine, Elle Accessories, The New York Post, Glamour, In Style, Hamptons Magazine, OK! and Us Weekly. Lisa K Designs have been worn by celebrities on Entertainment Tonight, Regis and Kelly, The View, MTV, VH1, Spike TV, The Glamour "Woman of the Year" Awards, The VMAs, Emmys, Critic's Choice Awards, and The Golden Globes. Lisa frequently serves as a trend consultant to fashion editors and stylists.
