Strutting herself through LAX on July 6, Ashlee Simpson smiled for photographers before boarding her outbound flight. For her airport ensemble, AS decided to go for a leggy look, pairing short shorts (like Joe's Jeans' Button Pocket Short in Navy/White) with a slouchy white t-shirt (try Splendid's Slub Panel Tee in Paper) and a long black cardigan (just like James & Joy by Joy Han's Hooded Long Sleeve Wrap in Black). From there, Ashlee toted Rebecca Minkoff's Slouch Cross Body Bag and a huge Chanel bag, in addition to slipping into a pair of flat boots and a black hat. In other Simpson sister news, it seems as though she may have a new love interest! Sorry Pete Wentz, Ashlee was recently spotted strolling with and smooching "Boardwalk Empire" actor Vincent Piazza in NYC. While her divorce is still pending, she hasn't spoken out about her relationship - whether they're just friends who like to kiss or if something more romantic is brewing. While there were rumors at one point that Ashlee and Pete were trying to rekindle their spark, it seems as though if Ashlee's interested in a new guy that Pete's out of luck. Thoughts, everyone?
