KATIE IS AFRAID OF THE DARK

Katie Holmes stopped by Urth Caffe in West Hollywood earlier today, August 22, to grab a quick coffee and was of course caught by the paparazzi. Wearing Current/Elliot's Stiletto Jean in Cayenne (Paige Premium Denim's Roxbury Crop in Pomodoro are similar), Katie opted for a light wash denim shirt (take your pick between NSF's Washed Cotton Western Shirt in Light Blue and Splendid's Chambray Top in Blue) with a pair of nude ballet flats (for a more unique pair, check out Cynthia Vincent's Sawyer Feather Print Flat in Black/Silver) and circular sunnies. What are your thoughts on this outfit of Katie's - yay or nay? Holmes' new film Don't Be Afraid of the Dark is about to hit theatres, and Mrs. Cruise recently spoke out about her own fears. Says KH: "When I read this script, I was scared and I had to turn on all the lights in my house. I kept thinking that she heard noises and would hold onto her daughter Suri – and filming hadn't even begun!" How funny! As for her feelings once filming wrapped and she saw the final cut of the film? Katie continues, "I usually sleep with the lights on [now]." Wow, I wonder if it's really that scary?
