The beautiful Kate Beckinsale was spotted leaving CVS in Pacific Palisades, CA on January 7, opting for a casual look for her day of errands. Kate started with a pair of white sunnies, which matched her white braided belt (check out the intricately studded Navarinon Belt in White by Nyovee) and white ballet flats. Up top, Kate chose a comfy heather grey sweatshirt (for these approaching Spring months, check out Smitten's Shortsleeve Snap Front Hoodie in Heather Grey) and toted along a leather bag (I'm digging Carla Mancini's Whipstitch Double Handle with Front Pocket Bag in Teal), paired with distressed boyfriend jeans (like Denim of Virtue's Acceptance Boyfriend 5 Pocket Jean in Destroyed) and, of course, her cell phone. What are your thoughts on KB's look - I know it's basic, but it's not like she's walking a red carpet... that was last night for the Globes! While many gorgeous actresses say that they sometimes have to get made-under to be taken seriously in their roles, Beckinsale is next in line to de-glamify in her new film, Whiteout. She says, "I play a federal marshal chasing a fugitive in the Antarctic and I get horribly injured and disfigured. If you think I look bad in prison in Nothing But the Truth, wait until you see me in this one." Okay I have to say it - I'll bet that even when she's still horribly disfigured she'll be a knockout!

I would wear them too if people kept taking my picture all the time. You can see them, they don't see your eyes.. flash doesn't hurt your eyes.. anyways, it is cute, but either the shirt or the pants would look better if they were fittedguest on Jan 12 2009 @ 10:17 PM
the accessories are too"matchy" I'd brake up the color scheme...love the yop and jeans, but would go with black flats and a belt with some black and another clor scheme and keep the white shade to make a statementguest on Jan 14 2009 @ 02:53 PM
