Loving the vibrant red lip as well, KB! In Bosworth movie news, it seems that the big mucky mucks at the studio that produced Superman Returns weren't too pleased with Superman's return. Says one exec, "'Superman' didn't quite work as a film in the way that we wanted it to. It didn't position the character the way he needed to be positioned. Had 'Superman' worked in 2006, we would have had a movie for Christmas of this year or 2009, but now the plan is just to reintroduce Superman. We’re going to try to go dark to the extent that the character allows it." Auf wiedersehen, Kate- you're out! Kate Bosworth was spotted grabbing a bite to eat at Il Piccolino in West Hollywood on April 1, but one thing that is no April Fool is that Kate is SO hot right now. From her role in box-office smash 21 to the cover of Marie Claire, she seems to be everywhere lately! To quote one of my fave films, Zoolander, "Kate, so hot right now. Kate." Kate's style of classic simplicity took center stage for her lunch outing, as she donned a unique frock (Whitley's Tiffany Dress in White Print and Walter's Matte Grey Mini Shift Dress are similar and just as inspired) with metallic flats and simple silver baubles (check out Jewel by Bear's Rose Quartz Bracelet in Silver). In a recent interview, Kate has spoken out about the roles she decides to take (and those she doesn't), saying, "I guess I just don't do comfort zones. But then, at the beginning of the film- well, pretty much all the time, but particularly at the beginning of a film- I always feel I can't act. What am I doing in this business? I'm a phony, I need to get out, I should start thinking about something else to do. I guess one way to look at it is, it keeps me on my toes. I don't ever want to think, 'Oh, I'm just great.'" Beautiful and humble- what is there not to love about her?

Kate and Jacquie met when Kate was filming Superman Returns back in 2005 in Sydney, and have been close friends ever since. That's one way to get publicity for your wedding, have a celeb friend as a bridesmaid!

In town currently filming fantasy action film Laundry Warrior, Bosworth managed to follow the Aussie trend, neon colors. Kate added a retro approach to her look on this Saturday stroll wearing a pair of neon orange sunglasses paired with a striped bright orange tee shirt. Bosworth kept it basic below with a pair of classic denim super skinny jeans (look at 7 for All Mankind's Roxanne Jean in Dark) and a pair of classic black flip flops. Bosworth is planning to return to the United States later in the year to be a bridesmaid at her best friend's wedding, "It's my first time (as a bridesmaid)," she said.
