JUST A LITTLE ROUNDER

Taking some time off to pamper herself after a night out at Beso, Eva Longoria was spotted leaving the Ken Paves Salon in West Hollywood on Oct 29. You have to love the sheen of her freshly cropped locks, but the front wave section she has going on seems like it would get annoying pretty quickly – what do you think? Wearing one of her signature maxi dresses in a fabulous blue shade (check out the similar hue of Ella Moss’ comfy Joni Halter Dress with Pockets in Mediterranean), I must say I love the lengthy look but I’m seriously wondering how she avoids tripping and falling with the dress completely covering her feet. And you know she can get someone to send it to a tailor to fix that little issue! Completing her salon ‘fit with a fringed blue scarf (add a little flavor with Alchemy’s Baroque Floral Scarf in Blue), an oversized pewter tasseled tote (try Lesa Wallace’s Metallic Leather Ricky Bag in Bronze), flashy medallion earrings (like Jessica Elliot’s Blossom Earrings in Sterling Silver) and diva worthy black sunnies (master the look with JeeVice’s Egoist in Black), Eva made her way back to her car looking slightly annoyed with the paps in her way – maybe she was worried she’d trip and fall in front of the cameras? Whatever the reason for her frown, if you noticed Eva’s toned arms and overall thin physique she’s showing off here, it’s not just the elongating dress flattering her figure. After all the criticism about “letting herself go,” Eva has rekindled her 5 day a week gym routine and lost the measly 5 lbs she gained over the summer. A little sad, no? Eva got fired up and defended herself to Allure mag this month, "It's like, 'Oh my God. She's fat'. I hate that message they're sending out to young women everywhere who think, 'God, she's a size zero and she's still too big'. I never went up a size. I just got a little rounder." Point taken, but why give in to all the criticism and go back to the gym? It doesn’t quite make sense, but either way, girl looks good!
