"The City" star Whitney Port was caught grabbing a coffee and stopping for a manicure in LA on December 20, and it seems Ms. Port opted for an ice green shade at the nail salon. For her day-of-errands ensemble, she started with a sheer black t-shirt (for a less sheer but still tissue-y soft option, try Qi's V Underslip in Black) over a black bra, that she wore with a pair of studded short-shorts (similar to Trovata's Marquet Short in Navy) and buckled ankle boots (check out Gwyneth Shoes' Alba Ankle Boot in Black). For her accessories, Whit kept it pretty simple, toting a blue python tote (for a similar bag in a yummy chocolate shade, take a look at Julie K Handbags' Laura Handbag in Night) and wearing a gold necklace (like Robyn Rhodes' Elise Double Leaf with Chain Necklace in Gold) and a chunky gold watch (check out TKO Orlogi's Venezia Watch in Steel Gold). For those of you who are fans of the ridiculous MTV reality show "Jersey Shore," it seems that you are in good company with none other than Whitney herself. When discussing the show with TV Guide, Whitney said: "Everybody is trying to get their most exaggerated side out there and to cause drama. But it's definitely entertaining." But what, you ask, will Whitney be bringing to the new season of "The City"? She said, "They're chronicling the whole process from starting to design, to the fashion show at Bryant Park [and] everyone's back in action." Let's just hope there's lots more of Joe Zee and Kelly Cutrone!
