HP TALKS ABOUT THE KISS

Hayden Panettiere gets classy for the 2009 Hollywood Style Awards in LA on October 11, held at the Armand Hammer Museum. HP picked a vibrant lilac Dennis Basso Spring 2010 frock with a fitted bodice and draped pleats at the hips and shoulders (feel the purple vibe in Walter's Plum Satin Crepe Dress in Purple or Gold Hawk's CB Sheer Overlay Dress in Plum). She can't seem to stray from uber short hems, but with the high neck and sleeves this one works for her. I would even go so far as to say she looks like she could be tall – or at least taller than 5'1"! Hayden accessorized the look with a shiny Lauren Merkin "Eve" clutch (try Antoinette Lee's Vita Snake Clutch in Gold with a glittery cocktail ring (like Citrine by the Stones' Dome Ring in Gold) and gold cuff (like Marnie Bugs' Leslie Cuff in Python). Love the braided coif, even if it is a little Lauren Conrad-esque. What do you think of HP's style? Last week I wrote about Hayden's upcoming Heroes episode where she smooched her college roomie. The episode aired Monday and rumor has it HP was actually the one who suggested the girl-on-girl action. She's talked about experimenting with girlfriends in the past, so it's not surprising she would be into the idea. She talked to The Sun about her character's new fling: "It's very exciting! When you are young, you experiment and you have fun. It truly is a person that she just falls in love with, because she fulfills her and she is her best friend."
