It’s that time of year when celebrities get called on to fulfill their endorsement obligations, and that’s just what Hayden Panettiere was up to when she appeared at Kohl’s Arcadia store in San Gabriel, CA on Dec 13. HP posed with Mr. and Mrs. Claus in front of a Candie’s backdrop, clearly enjoying herself as she promoted the brand – and enjoying the chance to share her Christmas list with Santa! Besides lending her megawatt smile, HP also helped to make some Christmas dreams come true, taking 5 lucky girls from the LA Children’s Hospital on a Kohl’s shopping spree. For her fun filled day, Hayden dressed in simple black skinny pants (like Hudson’s Alex 5 Pocket Skinny Jean in Black), shiny black patent peep-toes, a comfy striped scoop neck sweater (I love Autumn Cashmere’s casual Puff Sleeve Drawstring Top in Black and White) and a pair of enameled black hoops (just like Rachel Leigh’s Enamel Hoop Earrings in Jet). I like it, except for the slightly cakey make-up: Santa doesn’t mind if you go au-naturale once in awhile, HP! Things are looking up for the Heroes star, and Claire, the infamous hero cheerleader, is gracing the cover of TV Guide’s Sci-Fi issue this week. The mid-season finale of Heroes airs tonight on NBC, concluding the “Villians” chapter.
