HECTIC IN HEELS

Strutting her foxy self, Beyonce Knowles steps out of her chauffeured Escalade in West Hollywood on February 14 for a little shopping excursion. Bey was letting off some steam after a jam packed Grammys weekend – more to come on that. For her shopping spree, Bey started with a mini shirt dress (try Luc by Lucy's Wrap It Up Mini Dress in Black) with a belt at the waist (like Gorjana's Fairfax Double Wrap Belt in Black) and a pair of to-die-for Caribbean blue suede Christian Louboutin pumps. Beyonce can barely walk in them as she leans on her SUV for support, but they definitely make a statement! Bey completed the look with a petite black clutch (try Julie K Handbags' Jessica Bag in Black), showing off her new honey blonde extensions with a pop of bright fuchsia lipstick. What do you think of Beyonce's daytime shopping attire, is it cute and edgy or too much? I can't get enough of the shoes, but I definitely think she could have planned out her outfit a little better to showcase them. Right now I'm just noticing how high the heels are and how short her dress is, never a good combo – at least in daytime! In light of the Grammy Awards this past week, Bey and hubby Jay-Z made their way to the West Coast to host a Roc Nation Pre-Grammy Brunch to kick off the weekend, where Beyonce minged with the uber-ill Rihanna. Supposedly the girl was on "every medication under the sun" in her battle against bronchitis, but still managed to perform with Eminem at the show. Whew! Beyonce cheered on her BFF from the audience, where she was seated next to her close friend, emerging country songstress Gwyneth Paltrow. Talk about an action packed LA weekend!
