GRILLMASTER COMING THROUGH

Hilary Duff was spotted going for a casual stroll through Toluca Lake with hockey player boyfriend Mike Comrie on June 25, and Hil's style is definitely questionable at times... and I think this is one of those time! I just think she's DTM- Doin' Too Much. If you like particular elements of Hil's ensemble, I suggest maybe going the simpler route, and perhaps pairing her vibrant tank (similar to Prarie New York's Column Top in Acid) with denim shorts (check out Joe's Jeans' Braided 5 Pocket Short in Berkley) like she does here, but minusing the fishnets and knee-high boots. Fishnets and knee-highs? You're not working the corner, Hil! Since we are in June, I think she could have done without the scarf (if you like the patterned scarf look for, say, nighttime, check out Alchemy's Colt 45 Scarf in Pink), but the sleek shades (similar to JeeVice Optics' Edgy Sunglasses in Black/Ash Brown) and heirloom-inspired earrings (like Kuo Ting Jewelry's Antique Pendant Earrings in Gold) are nice touches. Overall though, Hil has definitely looked better and definitely looked worse- I mean this isn't a fashion disaster or anything. And did anyone else notice the grilling book Hilary is holding? So cool if she is aspiring to be a grillmaster!

everything happening from the neck down took a turn for the worst...
I do love the way her hair, shades, earrings and scarf look together though
