Showing her sister some love, Jessica Simpson hugs little sis Ashlee Simpson as they celebrate the launch of the new Jessica Simpson denim collection at her New York City showroom on September 7. Jess gave fashion insiders a peek at her Spring 2011 collection and styled many of her BFF's (including Ash) in pieces selected from the new line. At the event, Jessica kept her look casual in a chambray zip up dress (love Fidelity Denim's Henley Den Dress in Blue) and a colorful blue scarf tied around her hair. Jess paid tribute to her love of heels in shiny gunmetal slingbacks (add a mod touch with Coye Nokes' Grace Wedge in Black Patent), revamping her look with a super dark tan and freshly lightened blonde locks. She's making Ash look like a ghost! Jess styled her sister in a black ruffled mini skirt (like David Lerner's Double Ruched Skirt in Black) with an indigo button down tucked in (check out the similar military details on Joe's Jeans' Sexy Military Shirt in Monty) and sexy black peeptoe booties (get the look with Apepazza's Lisbona in Black). At Jessica's fashion week kick-off party, Ashlee's hubby Pete Wentz took control of the tunes and new beau Eric Johnson came to support Jess's hard work on launching the latest division of the JS brand, telling attendees: “I am so excited to share my new denim line with everyone!
