Jessica Alba was spotted chatting it up on her cell while running errands in Beverly Hills on June 11. Later in the day Jess was spotted glammed up heading to a taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, but before the taping she kept it casual in uber trendy cargo skinny jeans (get the look with Rich & Skinny's Cargo Legging in Aloe) and a loose white tee (like Splendid's super comfy Vintage Hi Lo Short Sleeve Top in Paper) topped with a brown leather vest (try Rails' Leticia Vest in Grey). Jess added ivory strappy sandals (like Gwyneth Shoes' Briee Strap Sandal in Off White) and added a little shine with gold rimmed sunnies and a studded cuff (try Anna Beck's Java Studded Medium Cuff in Gold) and an edgy black tote (love Danielle Nicole's Sahara Studded Messenger in Black). What do you think of Jessica's cargo casual look? For those of you into scary movies, Jess's new thriller The Killer Inside Me came out in theaters over the weekend. In the movie Jess plays a prostitute involved with a sociopathic cop killer that includes some brutally violent scenes, including one where Jess's character is punched repeatedly in the face. Jess recently shared in an interview why she made the decision to tackle such a graphic role: "I wanted to concentrate on doing movies with good directors. After I had my kid I was like, Gosh, as an artist it'll be so much more fulfilling to work with directors who can pull a performance out of me." Jess insisted another reason she took the role is that the film is based on a novel: "I think a lot of people also want everything to be shiny happy people, and they want killing to be a sexy guy with his shirt off blowing guy's heads off. This just shows how horrifying it is, which is responsible, actually." Are any of you familiar with the book, or had a chance to see the new flick?
