GG'S RACY NEW AD CAMPAIGN

Leighton Meester was spotted in multiple outfit changes on the set of "Gossip Girl" in NYC on August 5, looking fresh and lovely as always. Lovely Leighton! On the outfit on the left, she paired a vibrantly patterned maxidress (like Holly's Halter Color Block Dress in Multi) with gladiator flats, a black bag, a clover necklace (check out Jessica Elliot's Clover Adjustable Necklace in Silver), and oversized black shades (similar to Nour's superstar Noushi Sunglasses in Crystal Mystery). In the outfit on the right, LM was seen leaving her trailor in an oversized grey cardigan (similar to Woo's Rosie Long Grandpa Sweater in Heather Grey) and a floral frock (check out Vanitas' Liberty Dress in Floral Dot), paired with casual flip flops and pretty pearl earrings (like Castaway Jewelry's Sundrop Earrings in Gold). The picture of casual perfection! While "Gossip Girl"'s new ad campaign is definitely turning heads (giant billboards of Blake Lively's character, Serena, in an extremely sexual situation are accompanied by quotes from the New York Times such as "Mind Blowingly Innapropriate"), Leighton is speaking out about how she thinks that the campaign is "smart." She says, "We just end up seeing it on a billboard somewhere. But I think that it’s smart and it’s fine and it’s cool." What are your thoughts on the campaign- is it pushing the envelope a little too far?
