Beyonce looked absolutely radiant as she arrived at Billboard’s 4th Annual Women in Music Event in NYC on October 2, where she nabbed the trophy for Billboard's Woman of the Year Award. For her appearance, B chose a sea blue dress with a frontal lace panel, ruffled short sleeves and structured hip accents (if you like the aquatic shade of B's dress, try Gold Hawk's Rose Spaghetti Dress in Tiffany Blue, Qi's Racerback Pocket Dress in Mint Leaf, or Catherine Malandrino's Deep V-Tunic in Sea) that she paired with nude peeptoe platforms and elaborate hoop earrings (Michele Michel Jewelry's Swarovski Hoops are stunning). As I'm sure you can remember, B was indirectly associated with the whole Kanye West-Taylor Swift drama at the VMA's a few weeks ago, and now the diva is finally speaking out about the situation. She says, "Well, I knew his intentions, and I knew he was standing up for art; and he told me before, when they said the nominees, he's like, 'You have this award.' And when they didn't call my name he was, like, completely shocked. And when he walked on the stage, I was like, 'No, no, no!' and then he spoke, and I was like, 'Oh, no, no, no! But in the end, it ended up being a great night, and Taylor Swift did get her moment — and I didn't have to make an acceptance speech." How very dignified of Beyonce.
