FERG GOES GREEN

Brightening up for summer, Fergie was spotted heading into the studio on Vine Hollywood on July 22. Arriving in a flirty green spotted romper, Ferg complemented the bright green print with chunky brown heels and a sunny yellow tote (check out Carla Mancini's roomy Hobo with Front Lock in Yellow). The double finger ring adds a fun touch (Erica Anenberg's Double Finger Ring in Gold is another way to go), but I'm not crazy about the clunky gold chain necklace – it's distracting with the bright print behind it (simplify the look with Robyn Rhodes' Grace Necklace in Gold). What do you readers think of Fergie's 'fit? While it hasn't been confirmed that Ferg's bandmate will.i.am has something in the works with UK sensation Cheryl Cole, one can only imagine Fergie is working on a solo album in Hollywood this summer before heading off with the band on yet-to-be-released tour dates. One thing that is certain: the band will be opening for U2 on five occasions. Fergie said: 'It's going to be amazing. I remember going to see U2 in high school, so now to be on that stage, it's going to be challenging. We definitely have to bring it at those shows." Most definitely!
