The luscious Blake Lively was spotted workin' it at the Anna Sui for Target Collection Launch Party (all looks are inspired by the distinct looks of “Gossip Girl” characters Serena van der Woodsen, Blair Waldorf, Jenny Humphrey and Vanessa Abrams) held at 54 Crosby Street in NYC on September 9, opting for her trademark hand-on-hip and over-the-shoulder poses. Side note - I love it when she does the pouty frown! Blake started her outfit off with a simple tiered dress in shades of ivory, cream and dove grey with black strap accents (take your pick of four dresses featured on CoutureCandy that use Blake's frock as inspiration - Rail's Pamela Dress in White, Ella Moss' Grace Dress in Grey and White, Alice + Olivia's Dutchess Satin Dress in Cream, or Prairie New York's Garden Dress in Creme) with Christian Louboutin's to die for Studded Pigalle Pumps and an armful of glittery stacked bangles (peep Alex and Ani's Set of 7 Signature Expandable Wire Bangles in Silver). Blake kept her tresses polished yet messy and her makeup pretty and fresh-faced. I like this look for B - simple yet sophisticated. What are your thoughts? Blake was one of the numerous fashion-inclined celebs who hit up the monumental Fashion's Night Out event on September 10, as BL was spotted at the Ralph Lauren store on Bleeker Street. In addition to Blake, Mary-Kate and Ashley were spotted playing bartender at Bergdorf Goodman, and the likes of Victoria Beckham, Gwen Stefani, Rihanna, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Alexa Chung were spotted having fun and supporting the fashion community. Models Daria Werbowy, Lily Donaldson, Sasha Pivovarova, Natasha Poly and Chanel Iman were also spotted. What I wouldn't give to have been in NYC for this!
