FAMILY TIME IN LA-LA-LAND

Splurging on a shopping spree for baby Max, Christina Aguilera and husband Jordan Bratman spent their Saturday afternoon at the La La Ling kid's clothing store in Los Feliz, CA on August 8. I have to say both are rocking some very fierce shades! Staying true to her casual rocker style, Mamaguilera wore Monrow's Marilyn Tee (show your love for fashion and music icons with tees from Bejeweled like the Love the Beatles Tee in White) with a pair of booty hugging distressed skinnies (try 7 For All Mankind's classic fitting Roxanne in Super Vintage Nakita) and simple black thongs, accessorizing with layered long necklaces (like Circadian Studio's versatile Silver Small Circles Long Wrap Necklace in Silver) and a NY baseball cap. I absolutely love her black zippered messenger bag (check out Carla Mancini's Double Handle Bag in Black) but I think Max's checkered sunnies really do it for me. What do you think of Christina's casual style? In terms of her career, Mamaguilera has been working on her futuristic album for over a year now, but she recently revealed to AP how she juggles work and fam time: “We moved into our new house about a year ago, but since I started working on the record, I have a studio in the backyard… It just has been so perfect for me to just wake up in the morning, put on my flip flops and sweatpants, and just go back in the studio and pretty much get into my creative cave and zone out that way... So the paparazzi have probably been upset with me. I know they told my husband, they’re like, ‘Is she ever going to leave the house?’” I guess after her Sat outing, that answer is yes!
