FAKE REP GONE WILD!

A peppy Blake Lively was spotted on the set of "Gossip Girl" in NYC yesterday, August 25, which also happened to be her birthday! Happy 21st bday, B! Wearing a bright multicolored top (like LaROK's Adriel T Back Top in Multi) with dark Rich & Skinny jeans (check out Desert Blue's Bullhorn Jean in Smoke), Christian Louboutin heels and a long beaded necklace (like Marnie Rocks' Lapis Necklace with Blue Agate), Blake looked fresh and flirty as always. In other Lively news, it seems that there is a fake publicist in NYC claiming to be Lively's (and Lindsay Lohan's) rep! A man claiming to be Roy Cohen has set up private shopping dates and confirmed invitations to various events for the two starlets, although he is a complete phony and has no affiliation with either of the girls. Lohan's actual representative said, "He doesn't rep Lindsay or Blake and no one knows who this creep is." 10 points for the use of the word creep! How funny how people really have no lives and delude themselves into thinking they know celebrities. Sad, sad, sad!
