EXPECTING OR EXPANDING?

Katie Holmes takes care of business in Los Angeles on March 25. The leggy actress was spotted heading out of a meeting with her managers looking particularly perky, walking out solo to her car. KH kept her 'fit super low-key, starting with basic black leggings (like Ella Moss' Ponte Leggings in Black) and military inspired button front jacket (love the unique color of Amberlynn's Sweet Lady Puff Jacket in Slate Blue). Katie neutralized the masculine jacket with a frilly tiered cami (similar to Jenny Han's Tiered Bead Cami in Sparkle) lace up heeled boots (check out Farylrobin's Valencia Heeled Ankle Boot in Grey), carrying an oversized black tote over her shoulder (just like Linea Pelle's Dylan Medium Tote in Black). Despite the semi formal occasion KH wore her hair up in a messy bun, covering up with uber dark sunnies before heading to her car. What do you think of Katie's dressed down look? I like the jacket, top and boots separately, but together I can't help but feel it all clashes a little bit. I'm a fan of mixing hard and soft elements to create a unique look but this seems too random – is it just me? I don't think it's anything to gab about here, but the tabloids are once again on fire with rumors that TomKat is expecting after Katie gained a few pounds last month. Considering Katie just signed on to a new project titled Son of No One with Al Pacino and Channing Tatum, I have a feeling there's nothing credible backing these rumors, but nevertheless multiple publications are reporting Katie has been beefing up on carbs and carnivorous treats at Tom's request. Sure she attends Scientology classes, and supposedly she's on a "baby diet" to prepare, but both of their reps are flat out saying the pregnancy rumors are false. Taking it one insulting step further, a "friend" told the UK's Hello magazine: "A lot of people in Hollywood were saying she's pregnant, but the truth is that she's let herself go a bit and it's showing on her belly." Ouch! I don't see any telling signs here – do you think these rumors are just another shady attempt to sell magazines?
