EVA SAVES THE WHALES

Looking perky and petite, Eva Longoria Parker hosted a benefit for the Whaleman Foundation at her Hollywood restaurant Beso on August 10. With a freshly curled coif and an ever present grin, Eva strutted her stuff in a form fitting khaki jacket (similar in fit to LaROK’s French Army Jacket in Wood) with tight indigo skinnies (just like Desert Blue’s Phoenix Skinny Jean in Navy). Eva shone in her bright gold earrings and cuff (similar to Kuo Ting’s Indian Pearl Earrings in Brass Gold and Rebecca Norman’s Bubble 5 Gem Cuff in Vermeil) finished with funky printed pumps. At the charity event, Eva mingled with celebs and had some laughs with her hubby as guests mingled to raise money to preserve and protect dolphins and whales and their habitats. Earlier this month Eva spilled her heart to Latina magazine, gushing about everything from her picture-perfect marriage to Tony (“I'm a 1950s housewife. I love baking. I love sewing. Being home with Tony. My mother was like that. Always took care of her husband. I always admired and wanted to do that”) to her Texas childhood (“I paid for my cheerleading and everything [by working at Wendy's for six years]. It was like whatever you want to do outside of school, you have to pay for it.”) and background in beauty pageants (“I love pageants. In Texas, it's like the culture. If you're a woman, you have to do pageants.”). It seems there’s more to Ms. Parker than meets the eye! What do you think, are her comments as genuine as her smile?
