Eva Longoria proved you don't need to be 5'10" to pull off summer's hottest item: white shorts. Longoria appeared at MTV's TRL in Times Square on April 17th in short white Theory shorts and a bold silk top, adding a little punch of color. Longoria paired it all with white wedges, giving the petite actress a little added height. Longoria's outfit has a little bit of everything we love about summer!
