EVA GIVES PEACE A CHANCE

Taking a break from the set, Eva Longoria strutted her stuff to the salon on Oct 7 in Beverly Hills, showing her support for two great causes: hubby Tony Parker’s team and charity Omni Peace (you can buy Signorelli’s Omni Peace items like the Omni Peace Rhinestone Tee in Black exclusively on CoutureCandy). Eva chatted away in booty hugging bootcuts by Denim for Immortality (try Hudson’s super soft Signature Bootcut Jean in Tahoe), dressing up her look with strappy heels and medallion earrings (similar to Jessica Elliot’s Blossom Earrings in Sterling Silver) while carrying a functional wallet clutch (check out Linea Pelle’s Dylan Crocodile Long Zip Wallet in Violet). For a casual look, I have to say Eva does it right, but the way the jeans tug as she walks look almost painful in the hip-and-thigh area! Maybe a pair of comfier boyfriend fits a la Katie Holmes would have suited her better? You know it can’t be comfortable to sit in a pedicure chair for an hour in those babies. Now that Desperate Housewives is in full swing, Eva has turned her sights to new TV opportunities, appearing in the new PC commercial with her hubby (where she gets a chance to flash her wedding bling) and signing on as a guest judge on the next season of Project Runway when it moves to Lifetime in January. Apparently after last season’s celeb appearances, including Natalie Portman, the producers are stepping up the game on the new network. Who else would you like to see seated next to Nina, Heidi and Michael?
