Taylor Swift dazzles on the red carpet of the 2009 CMA Awards in Nashville on November 11. TS loves wearing gold glittering gowns on the red carpet, so it's no surprise she chose this gorgeous Reem Acra gown with a sweetheart strapless neckline and gold sequins trailing down the bodice (add a dash of gold sparkle to your holiday attire with Sue Wong's Flowered Gown in Tan or if you prefer to shine with a shorter hem try Sky's Cantara Chain Strap Mini Dress in Brown). Taylor let a few tendrils fall around her face but pulled the rest of her curly coif back to reveal sparkling chandelier earrings (channel the princess vibe with Amy DiGregorio's Orchard Park Earrings in 14K Gold Filled). TS completed the look with a gold cuff (love the unique style of Rock Paper Scissor's Laurel Branch Bracelet in Gold) and classic red lipstick. The dress looks like a fairy tale, not unlike her hit "Love Story" which won the Song Of The Year award the night before at the 2009 BMI Country Awards. At the CMA's Taylor added four awards to her collection for best Music Video, Album, Female Vocalist of course the honor of the night, Entertainer of the Year. At nineteen years old, Taylor is the youngest entertainer ever to win the award – Congrats, T! It seemed like everyone at the show had Taylor's back in light of the Kanye incident, including a performance from Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley with lyrics altered to sing "Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be Kanye." Taylor even added a little joke to her acceptance speech, “I want to thank everyone in this room tonight for not running up on this stage.” As a finishing touch, 88 year old country legend Little Jimmy Dickens interrupted Brad Paisley on stage to say: “Excuse me, I’ll let you finish later. I know you had a nice video and all that, but Taylor Swift made the best video of all time. Of all time!” At least TS has enough class that she is already laughing about the incident 2 months later – and winning E.O.T.Y. can't hurt either!
