Always one for a glamorous event, "Gossip Girl" cutie Leighton Meester was honored with the "Spotlight Award" for her role in the upcoming drama Country Strong at the 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala that was held at the Beverly Hilton on October 25. For her elegant ensemble, Leighton chose a powder blue Elie Saab gown with matching platform heels from the same collection, Cathy Waterman jewels, and a Jimmy Choo clutch.
