Recently going back to blonde, Jessica Alba was spotted out shopping with a pre-teen pal on July 2 in Beverly Hills, CA. Picking up a new pair of (let's face it) some pretty heinous white sunnies, Jess played it cute and casual while out and about. Wearing cuffed boyfriend jeans (check out Tag Jeans' Montauk Boyfriend Jean in Light Vintage) with a loose graphic tank (like Lauren Moshi's Peace Girl Swing Tank in White) and slate gray tote over her shoulder (similar to Rough Roses' Roxy Tote in Grey), Jess schlepped around in flip-flops while making her way to a nail salon for a mani/pedi with her friend. Her 'fit isn't terrible for summer but I just can't get past the slicked back blonde hair and bug-eye sunnies. Yikes! Do any of you agree? Like many high profile celebrity moms, Jessica has worked hard to make eco-friendly changes to her home and lifestyle. Her house has been featured in People, InStyle and most recently, Vogue. Jess sat down for a min during her recent Vogue photoshoot to discuss the things she does to reduce her environmental impact, from having a lawn made of recycled tires to using non-toxic vinegar for cleaning around the house. She even touched on fashion: "You can definitely be fashionable and environmentally conscious. Just try to find organic, eco-friendly materials. Bamboo is a great material that we use in the house from our sheets to a lot of my daughter's clothes. What comes around goes around, and having a consciousness that everything you do in your life does come around. We do have an impact on the environment, from the way you live your life to recycling and the car you drive. Just being aware of that is the first step." I have to say, I couldn't agree more!
