Taylor Momsen AKA Little J was spotted heading to set of her hit show "Gossip Girl" on Monday, July 6, in NYC, while sipping on a Diet Coke and chatting away on her BlackBerry. For Tay's warm-weather look with a rock and roll edge, she started with an oversized striped pocket tank (if you are into the bold striped look, check out Rails' Deana Striped Tank in Navy / White or Autumn Cashmere's cotton Rugby Striped Capsleeve Sweater in Black / Bleach, or for a similar, pocketed silhouette with an in-your-face graphic tank, try Lauren Moshi's Gun Rose Pocket Tunic in White - Rihanna is a fan), and accessorized with chunky heeled black leather booties, black aviators, a black and silver beaded rosary (similar to Jessica Elliot's Wrought Iron Clover Necklace in Silver), and a few funky bangles. The finishing touch? A blood red lip. What are your thoughts on TM's look here, readers - are you a fan? If you are a fan of Taylor, I'm sure that you are aware that her band, The Pretty Reckless, have already started touring. Must be kind of difficult with Tay's busy filming schedule! Of her tunes, Taylor says, "In everything I do, I’m influenced by music. Music feeds my soul. As far as style, I’m influenced by eras that had music [I] liked. Music became a persona to me." She continues, "I grew up listening to the Beatles on vinyl with my dad… So I grew up kind of listening to good records. I worked my way into Joan Jett and the Runaways records and Blondie and Garbage. Garbage became a huge influence on me." Very interesting! Have any of you heard Taylor's tunes?
