Leighton Meester attended a Dior event that celebrated the reopening of its 57th street boutique in NYC on December 8, looking especially fresh-faced in an outfit of (naturally) Dior. Leighton is quite the Dior darling! Starting with a layered and lacy Dior dress (if you're liking this lacy look, check out Gold Hawk's Lacey Slip Dress in Black or Joe's Jeans' edgier Heavy Metal Dress in Black), Leighton then added on a textured (faux?) fur jacket - opt for another interesting option like True Grit's Zip Jacket in Black. From there, LM wore a pair of leather over the knee boots (this trend seems to still be going full speed ahead) and a delicate ring on her right middle finger (I love Jacquie Aiche's 14k Double Diamond Bezel Waif Ring in Rose Gold). In other Meester news, the "Gossip Girl" star is letting the world in on her beauty regime, which she claims is quite low maintenance. She says, "I get serious make-up every day - it's like playing dress-up. But it takes its toll because you're being touched constantly. If I'm not working I'll wear a tinted moisturiser. I didn't see myself as pretty when I was 18, so I went too far with my make-up. I look back and wish I'd thought I was pretty. I wouldn't have worn so much." She continues, "When it comes to my hair, I'm wash-and-go! When I want to look like I've made an effort I leave it down. When it's up, people think you don't want to show it off. It's a good trick."
