COLD WEATHER CUTIE

Lil J aka Taylor Momsen was spotted on the icy cold streets of NYC on the set of her hit show, "Gossip Girl," on January 15 - braving the freezing temps and looking fabulous while doing so. Sporting a killer pair of fingerless leather gloves and Ray Ban aviators (hey, there is such a thing as snow glare!), Taylor layered a long black coat (check out Suzabelle's Umbria Trench in Black) over a chunky sweater dress (I love Autumn Cashmere's Color Block Turtleneck Dress in Black). T accessorized with simple gold drop earrings, strategically ripped tights, and a fringe bag (for a pop of color, check out Posse New York's Vanessa Tote in Plum). Don't forget the platform booties - like walking in the snow isn't hard enough! While most people tend to forget that Taylor is only 15 years old, she has responded to the fact that the media is painting her as a partygirl acting too wild for her age. She says, "It’s like, yeah, I’m really going to go to a party with my cast and crew and all the executives at the network and dance on tables. [Tabloids] all want to make me out as this party girl, and I’m not. I’m underage! All I do is sit at home and play guitar. That’s seriously what I do. I’m a Leo. I’ve always been independent, and this is the lifestyle I have grown up with since I was 3." What do you think, do you believe T's claims?

yeah gossip girl is HOrrIBLE like its sad.. its for boring suburban people who think thats new york life the books are actually well writtn and realistic , but the show couldnt get any worse..and like this girl thinks shes so fashionable just cause shes on that show but its like if you have a stylist and someone that tells you what to wear you have no tatseguest on Jan 18 2009 @ 10:39 AM
