R&B songstress Ciara was photographed posing on the red carpet of Us Weekly's Annual Hot Hollywood Style Issue Event that took place at Drai's inside the W Hotel in Hollywood on April 22, looking positively smashing in a micro mini Versace Spring 2010 yellow dress along with Versace's Intrecciata metal platform sandals. It's a wonder she could even sit down in this dress, but there's no question that Ciara has the body - and the sex appeal - to pull this one off!
