Ch-ch-changes!

Seems like when Jessica Simpson decides to make some changes in her life, she doesn't just go for one! After proving that she did indeed dye her famously golden locks dark, and it's not just a wig (darn, I had 10 bucks on wig!), Jess stepped out on February 8 in Hollywood, wearing her trademark True Religions with a green thermal and brown hoody. In addition to running errands and going out every night, Jessica is also dead set on revamping two other areas of her life as well. Suddenly quite the Parisian mademoiselle, it seems that Jess is focused on becoming fluent in French, and in less than 4 months, no less! For a girl who has become famous for her ditz-like tendencies (remember the whole tuna debacle?), I'm going to have to stretch my mind to believe that Jessica will be parlez vous-ing Francais in less than 4 months. But apparently, Jess is positively convinced she'll be able to do it, adding that "I work best under pressure. So I've given myself until the end of May to be able to speak French like a natural." Looks like she'll be getting those "Learn French" CD's for her car!

In addition to her mastery of the foreign language, Jess has also expressed interest in beginning her family. Saying how she admires Angelina Jolie for all that she has done for international adoption, Simpson has said that she wants to have 3 children, and potentially adopt the first. Jess says "I want to adopt before I actually have my own kids. I want three kids—but I don’t know if I can give birth three times. I’ll have to see how much pain is involved first time 'round!” Ah, you gotta love that southern drawl she uses at the end of that sentence. Can't wait to hear that m
