Dakota Fanning was spotted looking cute and casual as she made her way out of Casa Vega Restaurant in Studio City on August 24, however one thing that was especially noticeable about Dakota's look was her roots! It's not long enough to be ombre, so I'd say that girlfriend needs to head into the salon - stat! Outfit wise, DF paired a sleeveless white button down blouse (like Free People's Slim Chiffon Top in Ivory) with a baggy pair of boyfriend jeans (try J Brand's Aidan Boyfriend Jean in Gemini), and then wore a simple pair of black sandals and toted a great black handbag. To get the look, try Zambos & Siega's Mansfield in Black. A pair of aviator sunglasses and a few delicate gold necklaces (for an edgier look, check out Vanessa Mooney's Brass Skull Necklace) completed Dakota's ensemble. What are your thoughts on Dakota's outfit here, everyone - delightful and demure, or a little disheveled? Dakota recently spoke out to the press about how saddened she was to hear of the passing of her Man on Fire director Tony Scott. Says DF to E! News: "It is difficult to find the right words to express the sadness I feel. had the privilege of working with Tony on the film Man on Fire and that experience helped to shape the actor and person I am today. Tony was a visionary with an adventurous spirit and a huge heart. Thank you, Tony. I will never forget your kindness to me and I will always cherish our memories together. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, especially his wife Donna and their two sons." This must be very hard for her, especially since she was so young when they worked together.
