Showing off the results of her intense workout regimen, Cameron Diaz flexes her biceps as she gives longtime friend Gwyneth Paltrow a hug at the Vanity Fair Academy Awards Party in West Hollywood on February 27 at the Sunset Tower Hotel. Cam attended the post-Oscars bash in a flirty fitted mini with an asymmetrical ruffled shoulder detail (check out Luc by Lucy's Elvira Hancock Puff Shoulder Mini in Metallic Silver or try Sky's Sabien Dress in Black) complemented with black Jimmy Choo open-toed booties (try Coye Nokes' Joan Bootie in Black Embossed Python), a silver wire cuff (add some drama with Amrita Singh's Nerva Cuff in Silver) and a black envelope clutch (similar to Julie K Handbags' Sasha in Black). Cameron let the dress speak for itself and kept her hair and makeup very natural, but I'm wondering if she's having some unnatural help with those muscles of hers! Move over Madonna, on A-Rod's workout plan, Cameron is set to have the biggest biceps in Hollywood. Cam made headlines last month as she headed back to her car in a tank top after a gym sesh with A-Rod. I'm all about staying in shape, but do you think Cameron is taking it a little too far? I'm a little afraid to voice my opinion, I don't want those big guns coming after me!
