CAM IN THE CITY

Always in high spirits, Cameron Diaz was spotted rocking a casual 'fit on a sunny Saturday stroll through New York City on June 27. Compared to her earlier appearances this week on Conan O'Brian, Good Morning America and the NYC premiere of My Sister's Keeper, Cam looks uber laidback in cuffed destroyed denim patched with green and red (play it safe for the everyday with Paige Premium's Jimmy Jimmy in Faith), a loose white tee (like PGD Style's casual Ricky Tunic Tee in White) and studded ivory bag (check out Julie K's Jen Shoulder Bag in Toffee). With her Blackberry in hand and strappy python sandals on her feet, Cam had a good laugh when a trucker yelled, "You're hot!" as she passed by. When you're 36 years old and still getting cat calls, that has to be an ego booster! Despite all the press appearances she made last week, Cameron saved the best for last and showed some love for pal Jimmy Fallon on Friday night. Appearing on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" for the second time since he took over the show, Cam looked adorable in a Louis Vuitton blazer and yellow top and of course, destroyed jeans. Does she wear anything but ripped jeans these days? On the show, Cameron chatted with Jimmy about her new flick and – brace yourself – set a world record for snuggling on a hammock with 48 bunnies. I wasn't aware a record existed for such an interesting feat, but congratulations Cam!

because cameron never claimed to be a fashionista . she never tried making a living out of something she wasn't good at like fashion . she does what she is good at , which is acting . she does not take herself too serioulsly and it just makes her soooo likeable . she tries her best at helping others and the environment . she KNOWS she's lucky to be famous . she's lucky to be acting . she just seems like such a NORMAL person and it's good that she does know how to dress whether it's simple or for an event .guest on Jul 03 2009 @ 10:21 PM

10:21, I couldn't agree more! She is really down to earth and her fashion is too, she doesn,t try to over do it, she is simple and sophisticated when she needs to be. I don't want to ruffle any feathers but there is one twin in particular whom everyone calls a big wig fashionista and to me she dresses like she is homeless.
