Jessica Alba enjoys the warm LA weather and lightens up in a summery look while out in Brentwood on March 20. Jess took a little break from mommytime and met up with a gal pal for a cup of coffee and a treat on the back patio of Caffe Luxxe, known for its delicious cappuchinos. I'm drooling for one now just looking at her Cali casual 'fit! Jess started with acid washed cut off shorts (start your search for the perfect summer short with Joe's Jeans' Roll Short in Blanchet) and a loose graphic print tank (just like 291 Venice's Camping Cropped Tank in Cognac), slipping on an easy pair of flip flops (Elaine Turner's Michelle Flip Flop in White are a great warm weather basic). I'm loving Jessica's warm cognac tote (similar to Rough Roses' Riley Shopper with Front Zipper Pocket in Metallic Copper), keeping her accessories to a minimum with squarish hoops (love the unique shape of Circadian Studio's Gold and Silver Tiny Fringe Earrings in Gold) and a silver wristwatch helping her keep track of time. What do you think of Alba's casual look, does it work for her? The one comment I have to make is on her super slim legs – she looks like she's really slimmed down after gaining a few baby pounds last year! Some might say her thighs are getting a little too slim – do you readers think she looks healthy? After a super strenuous schedule filming 3 projects back to back, Jess has finally had some downtime lately, spotted hanging out with baby Honor around their LA home doing everything from park play dates to Trader Joe's shopping sprees. Nothing like spending a little quality time with mom!
