Taylor Swift shows off sophisticated straightened locks at the 2010 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, TN on June 9. Wearing an ultra femme Galliano frock with a fitted bustier and flirty skirt (flatter your figure in Luc by Lucy's Abstract Polka Dot Dani Dress in Peach Polka or Ingwa Melero's comfortable Jersey Elena Mini Dress in Chestnut), Taylor paired her grown up frock with coordinating buckled Christian Louboutin for 3.1 Phillip Lim heels (love the easy day to night appeal of Farylrobin's Dakota in Black). T pulled her hair back to reveal stunning oversized black hoops (love the symbolic appeal of CC Skye's Power Hoops in Black), playing up her eyes and accenting the dress with otherwise natural makeup. Once again Taylor makes an age appropriate, flawless splash on the red carpet. I just can't get over the hair – what a great look for her! What are you readers thinking about her transformation here? It's hard to believe this ultra successful songstress has only been in business for a few years, despite her ever-expanding collection of awards. In the June issue of Marie Claire, T chatted with the mag about her drive to succeed: “I think about my next move 10 steps ahead. I’m always planning three awards shows ahead. For me, planning is a productive way of stressing out about your life.” If only more of us could get on board with her organization!
