BRING ON THE BLONDE!

Looking a little annoyed with her car keys while out and about with her daughter Honor in LA on April 14, Jessica Alba was out doing the mom thing in her mom 'fit. Love that the purple Wayfarers match Honor's hoodie, but the rest is pretty frumpy - I guess in a casual way? Jess started with a sky blue tank (like PGD Style's versatile Fancy Tank in Bonnie Blue) and comfy sweats (check out the fun print on Kushcush's Promenade Pant in Black/White, pairing a peachy cardigan (I adore the girly shade of Autumn Cashmere's new V Neck Cardigan in Ultramarine) and a matching scarf (A Graves' Colt 45 Scarf in Pink would be cute with the cardigan) with her ivory ballet flats and large Fendi tote. It's not so bad for running errands, but I'm not loving the matchy-matchy top half - it looks like she's trying too hard, don't you think? The day before, Alba was spotted exiting a salon on Melrose with newly highlighted locks - Hello, blonde! As you can see, Jessica lightened her locks considerably and is now sporting side bangs instead of the full fringed effect. Wonder if it's for her new flick, The Killer Inside Me, or personal preference? I'm one of those fans that thinks Jess looks better with her natural brunette locks than her former blonde 'do, but what do you think - does she look better au naturale or do with the new look?
