Diane Kruger was spotted soaking up the fashion at Mercedes-Benz Berlin Fashion Week in Berlin, Germany on July 2, opting for an uber casual outfit for the day. Mingling with fellow fashion lovers at the Anja Gockel fashion show at the Bebelplatz backstage tent, DK kept it classy as always. Diane started with a pair of slouchy short-shorts (try Johnson's Silk Shorts with Cuff in Brown) and matched them with a feminine, cream lace top (check out the lace detailing on Ingwa Melero's Galina Top in Opal or Catherine Malandrino's Lace Embroidered Flower Tank in Ivory) and nude, strappy heels. DK allowed the statement top to speak for itself and downplayed her accessories, opting for only a simple watch and a leather shoulder bag (like Carla Mancini's Hobo with Front Lock in Yellow). What are your thoughts about Diane's 'fit at fashion week - are you feeling this super-summery look on her? While Diane has starred in a number of widely seen pictures, she has yet to really break out on her own as a leading actress. However, this might change with the release of her upcoming flick Inglourious Basterds, co-starring Brad Pitt and directed by Quentin Tarantino. Not crazy about this. The top is cute, the shorts are cute, just not together, and totally agree, way underdressed for the event (although, if the shorts were more pulled together, maybe a classic chino short), she'd look a lot better.guest on Jul 08 2009 @ 10:06 AM
