BOOTYLICIOUS BOD

I was so amazed by Beyoncé Knowles stunning performance at Fashion Rocks last week that I almost missed her equally divine appearance on the red carpet on Sept 5 at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. Rocking the winged eyeliner trend that is sure to be all the rage this fall, B looked as foxy as ever in a sophisticated LBD with futuristic silk insets by Costume National (check out Lotta Stensson’s Ruffle Mini Dress in Black), polishing her look with killer metallic pumps, sparkly clip earrings (try Michele Michel’s chunky Rose Clip Earrings in Silver), and opting to wear matching black and silver cuff bracelets on each wrist (try Accessories and Beyond’s Cinderella Leather Bracelet in Black). The final touch: Beyoncé’s brand-spankin’-new 18 karat diamond wedding ring! Looks like B and Jay-Z are finally official, and the sparkle from that $5 million dollar baby is enough to light up a room! In other B news, reports have surfaced that Beyoncé has her bootylicious behind insured by one of London’s top insurance companies for a cool $1 mil. Outrageous, right? Except for the fact that it’s pretty common for other celebs with notorious body parts to insure them against unforeseen events. Heidi Klum has her supermodel legs insured for $2 mil, and Mariah Carey’s gams have been insured for almost a decade in case she gets injured while touring… or merely walking in those sky-high stilettos she loves so much. In typical B fashion, her lips are sealed when it comes to discussing personal matters, but it’s definitely plausible this little tid-bit could be factual. What do you think – should celebs have the option to insure their best assets to protect their careers?

Of course! Celebrities must have the option to insure their best assets to protect their careers. Because all common persons have their rights reserved to protect their career, then why not celebrities.
