Always down for a party, a tipsy Jessica Simpson is escorted out of Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood, CA by fiancé Eric Johnson on December 3. The newly engaged couple were at the restaurant celebrating Jess's BFF CaCee Cobb's birthday, and later headed to Trousdale to continue the celebration. Judging from Jessica's disheveled hair and teetering walk, it looks like she might have had one too many at dinner but still managed to send her pal a birthday tweet en route to the club – typical! For the dinner Jessica dressed up in a checkered pencil mini (try Wit's Banded Mini Skirt in Grey or Bailey 44's Close Out Skirt in Mercer/Black with unique asymmetrical details to stand out this winter) with sheer stockings, a black tank, black tuxedo jacket (like Tart's Marquis Jacket in Black) and black heels (add a little spunk with Farylrobin's Beth Ankle Boot in Black). Jess carried her fav embossed Louis Vuitton tote (opt for Julie K Handbag's Robin in Black) and accessorized with a pair of silver disc earrings (try Kuo Ting's organic Wavy Disc Earrings in Gold/Silver). What do you think of Jessica's look, would you try something similar for dinner and a night out on the town? I think her hair needs a little help, but otherwise she looks happy and confident out with her man. While initial reports hinted Jessica's family and friends weren't thrilled about her quick engagement, it seems both Joe Simpson and brother-in-law Pete Wentz have grown quite fond of Jessica's future hubby. Pete chatted with E! News: "Eric's a really great guy and I think the greatest aspect of Eric is that he makes Jessica genuinely happy. He puts a smile on her face when he's around… I think he's really good guy and really smart and a great match." Papa Joe continued on Access Hollywood: “I am so thrilled as a father to see my baby so very happy… I have two daughters who are in love with two wonderful guys. I couldn’t be happier as a father. I think he’s a wonderful guy and I’m so blessed that he’s chosen the most beautiful girl in the world.” With such positive words from the closest men in her life, I have to wish these two the best!
